Outcomes of CAMAERA General Assembly

More than 30 scientists met in person, plus 20 attending remotely, during the General Assembly of the CAMAERA project held at HYGEOS premises in Lille on 4th and 5th of June 2025.

The face to face meeting allowed for numerous and fruitful exchanges that will boost the project’s results. Discussions topics included the choice of stations of lidar/ceilometer data assimilation, in synchronization with the ongoing work of the Horizon Europe CAMEO project, different dust emission schemes, the limitations of remote sensing Leaf Area Index (LAI) for the representation of dry deposition and biogenic aerosols/precursors emissions, difference schemes available for the representation of dry deposition and more.
